NFC Power Rankings: The top teams

#4 - Los Angeles Rams (6-3)

Last week: #3

Next week: BYE

Since being in the top spot in the Power Rankings a couple of weeks ago, the Los Angeles Rams have suffered two straight defeats. They have fallen a few spots but remain in the top four of the Power Rankings.

The bye week comes at a good time for the Rams. They will have some time to regroup and work their new pieces into the game plan. Newcomers Odell Beckham Jr. and Von Miller will try to give the Rams a boost in the back half of the season.

#3 - Dallas Cowboys (7-2)

Last week: #5

Next week: vs. Kansas City Chiefs

The Dallas Cowboys moved back into the top three of the NFC Power Rankings with a strong bounce-back performance. After an ugly loss to the Denver Broncos for their second loss of the season, they came back with a dominant victory over the Atlanta Falcons this week.

Dak Prescott and the top offense in the NFL are a big reason why the Cowboys are so high in the Power Rankings. Prescott is making a solid case for the NFL MVP this season. He has an exciting face off with Patrick Mahomes in Week 11.

#2 - Arizona Cardinals (8-2)

Last week: #1

Next week: vs. Seattle Seahawks

The Arizona Cardinals owned the top spot in the Power Rankings last week but fell one spot after a loss this week. This was their second game without superstar quarterback Kyler Murray.

The Cardinals hope to get Murray back for their divisional clash with the Seahawks. Murray is another NFL MVP candidate this year with his unique dual-threat abilities.

#1 - Green Bay Packers (8-2)

Last week: #2

Next week: vs. Minnesota Vikings

The Green Bay Packers earned the top spot in the Power Rankings for the first time this season. They have just two losses this season, and only one with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback. That was all the way back in Week 1 against the Saints.

The Packers defense has been a pleasant surprise this season despite missing some of their key players. They currently rank third in the NFL in total defense. The Packers are dangerously well-balanced and own the top spot in the Power Rankings.
