Lina Länsberg began her combat sports career in Muay Thai at the age of 21, and went on to become a decorated athlete, winning two gold medals, two silver medals, and one bronze medal at the IFMA World Championships, as well as other championships in Sweden and Europe. She also holds a professional Muay Thai record of 37-11, with wins over notable fighters such as Valentina Shevchenko.
In December 2012, Länsberg made her professional MMA debut against Pannie Kianzad at Trophy MMA 1. She won her next six fights, including a TKO victory over Alexandra Buch to win the Women's Bantamweight title at Superior Challenge 12, and a unanimous decision win over Lucie Pudilová at Battle of Botnia 2015. These fights took place in various European promotions, including Cage Warriors.
Lina Lansberg made her UFC debut against Cris Cyborg in 2016 and has since fought some of the toughest opponents in the division. Over the course of her career in the UFC, Länsberg has amassed a record of 4 wins and 6 losses, with notable victories over Gina Mazany, Tonya Evinger, and Macy Chiasson. Her most recent bout was a loss to Karol Rosa in October 2022, and she is scheduled to face Mayra Bueno Silva in February 2023 at UFC Fight Night 219.
