Mega Latios is a Psychic- and Dragon-type Pocket Monster, meaning it takes super-effective damage (160%) from Ghost-, Dark-, Bug-, Dragon-, Ice-, and Fairy-type attacks.

On the other hand, due to its elemental typing, it resists Electric-, Fighting-, Fire-, Water-, Grass-, Psychic-, and Water-type moves, taking only 62.5% damage from each.

Can you solo defeat Pokemon GO Mega Latios raids?

No. It is impossible to defeat Pokemon GO Mega Latios raids with just one trainer.

You can encounter Shiny Latios from Pokemon GO Mega Latios raids. Every encounter with the creature has a 1-in-20 or 5% chance of being shiny, unless specified otherwise.

Note that encounters with Shiny legendaries are guaranteed catches as long as you are not moving too fast and can land the last ball.

Latios 100% CP from raids (hundo CP)

Depending on the IVs of the Latios that spawn and the weather at the time of the encounter, the creature's CP will lie in one of the following ranges:

No weather boost: 2,090 CP - 2,178 CP at level 20 (10/10/10 - 15/15/15 IVs)
Weather boosted (Windy): 2,613 CP - 2,723 CP at level 25 (10/10/10 - 15/15/15 IVs)
