On February 26, 2020, Charlotte Flair returned to WWE NXT and stepped into the ring with Bianca Belair in the night’s main event. Belair used her strength and agility to take control early, but Flair responded with her signature chops. When Flair tried a Moonsault, Belair blocked it with a leg counter. Flair shifted gears and locked in a Boston Crab. As the match built toward its close, both women landed Spears before Flair finished the contest with her Natural Selection move.
After the match, Flair continued her attack. She focused on Belair’s leg and used a steel chair to do more damage. NXT Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley came out and stopped the assault. On the March 14, 2022, episode of Monday Night RAW, Bianca Belair earned another win over Doudrop after hitting her with the KOD. As she stood in the ring, taking in the moment, Becky Lynch made her return. Lynch attacked Bianca, using her braid and a steel chair to target her throat.

On the January 2, 2023, episode of RAW, Bianca Belair retained her RAW Women's Championship after Alexa Bliss was disqualified for attacking the referee. As the match ended, Bliss kept going after Belair outside the ring. She slammed her into the steel steps and followed up with a DDT.
Later, Bianca posted a photo showing she needed three stitches in her face from the repeated DDTs. Her mouth was bleeding after hitting the steps. She also shared another photo on Twitter that showed her jaw was swollen.
