How old is Boa?

Boa (original name: Yanbo Wang), the master grappler from China is embraced by WWE and is an important member of the main roster of the NXT brand. After going to a tryout in Shanghai, China, Boa was endorsed by the company in September 2016. He arrived at the performance Center of the WWE close by a few other Chinese grapplers the following year. He acquired the moniker "Big Boa" after signing an agreement with WWE.

Boa’s NXT career

Boa teamed up with No Way Jose and beat Wesley Blake and Steve Cutler in the year 2017. He continued to wrestle in a couple of NXT live events further. Boa's debut in NXT happened in the year 2019 when he fought in the NXT Breakout tournament where the winner would be able to challenge for any NXT championship. He was beaten in the first-ever round by A. C. H (Albert Christian Hardie Jr.)

After the tournament, he was beaten by Damian Priest in a singles match. Boa was beaten by Cameron Grimes in a singles match, and he went after Killian Dain after the match. Boa was beaten by Killian Dain once more in the following week. In 2019, He encountered a shoulder injury and had gone through an operation that kept him out of wrestling. Boa got back to the squared ring the next year.

Boa alongside Li entered together on the November 25 episode of NXT. Vignettes began a coursing week after week of both Li and Boa being furiously "punished for their failures" when a comparatively elderly person who gave Boa a letter on the November 11 episode of NXT appeared past the structure that was waiting for them suspiciously. All while being taken care of by the elderly person and a peculiar woman wearing profoundly differentiating face paint named Mei Ying.

Boa returned to the ring during the event of NXT's New Year's Evil special on January 6, 2021. He was seen going alongside Li in her match against Katrina Cortez. He returned in the ring on the June 29 episode of NXT and collaborated with Li to beat the team of Mercedes Martinez and Jake Atlas in a mixed tag team fight. Boa beat Drake Maverick after he was stupefied by Mei Ying's mist on the August 10 episode of NXT. Following fourteen days, he encountered a loss against Xyon Quinn, the debut star. Boa appeared on the September 17 episode of 205 Live against Malik Edge and eventually beat him.

Boa was then beset by the spirit of Tian Sha and gained its powers. He went into a fight with Solo Sikoa on the December 28 episode of NXT in the wake of going after and stifling him behind the stage. Boa and Sikoa faced each other in a two-countout match and continued to battle behind the stage on the January 11, 2022, episode of NXT. Boa brings out his alter-ego shipping off a fireball directly before Sikoa. This incited a No Disqualification Falls Count Anywhere match on the January 25 episode of NXT between them. Boa lost after Solo Sikoa beat him through a table. On April 7, 2023, during the episode of NXT Step Up, Boa made his return with a loss against Dante Chen.
