Drew McIntyre entered at number 29 in Royal Rumble 2024. Entering late into the match, he managed to eliminate Ricochet and Sami Zayn but was eliminated by CM Punk. McIntyre spent around 10 minutes inside the ring during the 2024 match.
Royal Rumble 2023 - 9th
At Royal Rumble 2023, Drew entered at number nine and recorded the eliminations of Sheamus, Karrion Kross, Elias, and Otis. Despite a strong effort, he was overpowered and eliminated by Gunther, ending his Rumble run in ninth place.

Royal Rumble 2020 began with complete domination from Brock Lesnar, who eliminated 13 wrestlers. When Drew McIntyre entered the ring, Lesnar was still standing strong.
