Jax lost her first WrestleMania match by pinfall after three competitors, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Bayley went for a triple powerbomb on her. During her second WrestleMania match, Jax attacked Mickie James who was in alliance with titleholder Alexa Bliss. She went for a Samoan drop on Bliss in the match and won the RAW Women's Title which marked her first major title in her wrestling career.

Jax was a participant at WrestleMania 35 in 2019 with Tamina for the Women's Tag Team Title in a fatal four-way tag team match but lost. Nia Jax entered WrestleMania 37 in 2021 as the WWE Women's Tag Team Titleholder with Shayna Baszler. By technical submission, they successfully shielded their titles at the "The Showcase of the Immortals" against Natalya and Tamina.
