Faith Jefferies aka Nikkita Lyons is an American professional wrestler, who as of now is signed with the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Currently, Nikita works in the developmental brand of the WWE called the NXT. She is one of the top female wrestlers in NXT, and she is widely known and appreciated for her charismatic personality.
Nikkita Lyons was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and raised in Hollywood, California. Nikkita loved combat sports since she was a kid. At the young age of four, she started practicing Taekwondo and earned a black belt when she was 8. After she graduated from high school, Nikkita stepped into the World of professional wrestling, she was trained by Selina Majors. Before her journey with the WWE began, Nikkita joined a wrestling promotion named Women of Wrestling under the ring name "Faith The Lioness".
In 2021, Nikkita finally joined the WWE and she signed a developmental contract with them. She made her debut in a match against Amari Miller at 205 Live. After a few months, she made her official NXT debut, where she defeated Kayla Inlay. Her first feud in the NXT was with Lash Legend. She participated in the Women's Breakout Tournament, where in the first round she defeated Arianna Grace. Unfortunately, she has removed the tournament as she announced via her Instagram that she has suffered a partial MCL tear and an MCL sprain.
Nikkita made her highly anticipated return when she defeated the NXT women's champion of that time Mandy Rose via disqualification. As time went by, Nikkita formed a tag team with Zoey Stark, but they were unable to capture the NXT women's tag team championships, which led Zoey to turn heel and attack her partner Nikkita. On the Jan 24th, 2023 episode of NXT, Nikkita was again injured in a match against Blair Davenport.
