Anthony Rizzo, the American first baseman hailing from Parkland, Florida, is a 14-year veteran in Major League Baseball (MLB). Rizzo is serving as a free agent as of January 2025. Since beginning his professional career in 2007, he has represented teams such as the New York Yankees, the San Diego Padres, and the Chicago Cubs. The Boston Red Sox drafted him in the sixth round of the 2007 MLB draft. He was traded to the San Diego Padres in 2010 and eventually debuted with them on June 9, 2011.

Anthony Rizzo’s biggest accomplishment so far has been winning the MLB World Series title with the Chicago Cubs in 2016.
