French players sing their National anthem after winning the EuroBasket championships basketball final match between France and Lithuania.

France won the 38th edition of the FIBA Europe championship for Men (also known as 2013 EuroBasket) after defeating Lithuania 80-66 in the final, held in Slovenia.

It was Lithuania that initially took the lead as it took the first quarter 22-19 but France came back in the second quarter, taking it 31-12. At the halftime break, France were leading 40-34. After the break, France took the third quarter 18-16 to increase the lead. Lithuania took the last quarter 16-12 but could not stop France from lift its maiden title of EuroBasket. Linas Kleiza netted a game-high 20 points for Lithuania while Nicolas Batum top scored for France with 17 points.

Tony Parker of France was named the EuroBasket 2013 MVP.
