3. Marcus Smart

Sophomore, Oklahoma State. Many thought if he had come out of the school and to the draft, he would have been the number one pick. He simply dominated his freshman year at the point guard – he can pass it, drive himself, and is earning some Derrick Rose comparisons for his ability to attack the basket.
