#2 Oshae Brissett

Oshae Brissett would be a great pickup for the Golden State Warriors in the upcoming off-season.

The 6' 7" forward started 16 of 21 games for the Indiana Pacers in the 2020-21 NBA season, averaging 10.9 points, 5.5 rebounds, 0.9 steals and one block per game on 24.7 minutes of playing time. He would be the ideal forward off the bench and could play as a backup to Draymond Green also.

Oshae Brissett uses his size to get to the rim and can also shoot the three well; he averaged an incredible 42.3% from beyond the arc on 3.7 attempts per game this season.

Brissett is also a decent defender. He can ensure the scoring is maintained when the starters are off the floor and be a valuable piece in the second unit. He has a pedestrian $1.7 million salary that the Golden State Warriors can easily handle. Oshae Brissett could either be swapped for Mychal Mulder or Alen Smailagic.

#3 Marcus Smart

Marcus Smart of the Boston Celtics would solve a lot of the Golden State Warriors' problems.

He would provide shooting and defense on the perimeter. He would also be a great defender alongside Draymond Green. Smart has been included in several trade packages recently, and the Celtics are certainly open to trading him.

Golden State Warriors GM Bob Myers, while addressing the media after their season ended in the NBA play-in tournament, said there needs to be more shooting around Curry, noting:

"you saw it too, how Steph was being guarded. It's not fair to him. One guy can't do that much. It's a compliment to him clearly that he got the attention he got, but that's very hard, and a lot to ask of him to shoulder that burden by himself. So we need to help him on the offensive side."

Smart averaged 33% three-point shooting on six attempts a game last season and would certainly help the Warriors' floor spacing. He is also a relentless player who sacrifices his body for his team, diving on the floor for loose balls and drawing charges.
