The King of the NBA, LeBron James is currently the best player. Not only is he the most efficient small forward, he is the most efficient player in the NBA.
The four-time MVP is carrying the Cleveland Cavaliers single-handedly every night and has led them to a 13-game winning streak. The departure of Kyrie Irving didn't affect the King much and made him push himself more towards his fourth NBA Championship.
James and co. had a rough start to the season but have gathered pace and currently sit second, with a record of 19-8. With Isaiah Thomas recovering from his injury soon, the Cleveland Cavaliers are only expected to get better upon the point guard's return from injury.
LeBron James, who is also a front-runner for the MVP race, is expected to enter free agency in the 2018 offseason.
