It less than a week since Tracy McGrady was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a member of the Class of 2017. That should count as enough recognition for a jersey retirement, right?

In his 16-year career, he's played for seven teams but only for three of them did he play for more than a year - the Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic and the Houston Rockets. His stint with the Raptors up north was too short (three years).

His seven consecutive All-Star appearances, two scoring titles and the Most Improved Player Award came during his days at Orlando and Houston. The problem in Orlando was the team success or lack thereof. In Houston, injuries had hampered his contributions to the team's success.

Given the stardom and appreciation he received in Houston, the Rockets would be most likely to retire T-Mac's jersey.
