#1 Kevin Garnett

When it comes to 'The Big Ticket', it's more about when rather than whether. Kevin Garnett will definitely get his jersey retired and he's definitely going to be a first ballot Hall of Famer.

The twelve years of blood, sweat and tears he left on the court at Minnesota will surely see his jersey retired. Garnett's significance to the resurgence of Boston cannot be dismissed either. Although short-term, his six-year stint from 2007 to 2013 with the Celtics could earn him his second jersey retirement ceremony.

As the curtains were closing in on his career, Garnett played the role of mentor and leader to a young Timberwolves squad in his short second stint with the franchise. Garnett is the only player on this list to win two of the league's major individual awards - MVP (2004) and Defensive Player of the Year (2008).
