The upcoming Celtics vs Heat matchup will be fun to watch. Miami has a 2-0 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals after two games in Boston and will look to go up 3-0 on Sunday night.

The good news is that both teams will be at their full health. While they do miss some key players, such as Tyler Herro and Danilo Gallinari, these players haven't played in a while and the teams ruled them out for the remainder of the series.

Despite losing the first two games of the series, the Boston Celtics are still favorites for the upcoming matchup. However, the Heat haven't lost a single game at home this postseason and will be tough to beat.

The Celtics vs Heat matchup will have both teams at almost 100%

Danilo Gallinari is the only Boston player listed on the injury report for the upcoming Celtics vs Heat matchup. The forward signed with the Celtics last summer, but hasn't logged a single minute due to his knee issues.

The Miami Heat, on the other hand, won't be able to count on Tyler Herro and Victor Oladipo. Herro is dealing with hand problems, but there is a chance that he will recover in a week or so. Oladipo's knee injury has sidelined him for the rest of the playoffs.

Without Herro and Oladipo, Erik Spoelstra will likely stick to Gabe Vincent and Max Strus in the startling lineup. Jimmy Butler will be at the small forward spot, while Bam Adebayo and Kevin Love will be at the frontcourt.

Caleb Martin and Kyle Lowry will be used off the bench, along with Cody Zeller and Duncan Robinson. Coach Spoelstra may also give a chance to Haywood Highsmith, who's appeared in nine postseason games.

When it comes to Joe Mazzulla's rotation, he'll likely use the same lineup from the past two games. Marcus Smart and Jaylen Brown will be at the backcourt, with Jayson Tatum at the forward spot. Al Horford and Robert Williams III will man the frontcourt.

Malcolm Brogdon and Derrick White will be impactful off the bench, but the Celtics coach will probably give another chance to Grant Williams and Payton Pritchard. Williams hit a few big shots in Game 2 and was very competitive.
