FIBA U18 3×3 World Championship for men and women tipped off at Jakarta, Indonesia and will conclude on 29th September 2013. A total of 32 men’s and 24 women’s teams have qualified to participate in the championship.
Only the men’s matches were held on day one of the championship. Following are select results of the same:
United States won all three of their matches on the first day while hosts Indonesia lost all of theirs.

The teams are divided into four groups in their respective category (men’s and women’s) and the top four teams from each group will enter the pre-quarterfinals. Apart from the men’s and women’s tournament, there will also be a mixed tournament, a skills contest (women), a dunk contest (men), a shoot-out contest (mixed) and a two-ball contest (mixed).
