Flop - Russell Westbrook
It is unfair to call it a flop game for a player who fell just one rebound shy of a triple-double. But such has been the standard set by Russell Westbrook.
The former MVP struggled finishing for the entire night. He ended the match with stats of 26 points, 9 rebounds and 13 assists on 7-30 shooting from the floor, 5-12 from the 3PT line, 7-10 from the FT line in 43 minutes of action.
He was hitting his 3 PT shots and also made three clutch free throws but he also missed some open layups in the clutch moments and failed to close out the game for his team.
Westbrook has been quietly averaging a triple-double this season. He has 21.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game this season but has been very inefficient from the field.
The Thunder will want their superstar to be at his best if they are going to contend in the West.
