Hyderabad Sky pulled off a thrilling 65-61 win in the second game of the opening day of the 2015 UBA Championship against the Chennai Slam at the Gachibowli Stadium in Hyderabad.

The game started on a thunderous note with the Chennai team seizing the early advantage. But Hyderabad refused to throw in the towel so early and came back to take the lead and eventually finished the first quarter comfortably placed at 18-9.

The second quarter saw both teams score regularly, and the timeouts called by the coaches of the respective sides in the middle increased the drama further. Those breaks seemed to have a positive impact on Hyderabad as they scored as many as 18 points to finish in the lead with a score of 36-22 in their favour.

The other side of the half began well for the hosts as Prasad and Vijay struck a few three-pointers to increase the lead to 51-29. But the visitors weren't to be left behind themselves and they started to their forge their way back, thanks to some inspired play from Agu, to narrow the gap to 11, ending the quarter 44-55.

The final quarter once again saw Chennai being single-handedly carried by Agu, but courtesy a combined effort from Prasad and Vijay, the Hyderabad Sky managed to hold their nerve and close out the game 65-61 to record their maiden win.
