#1 His experience will help the Jazz on and off the court
The current Utah Jazz roster is one of the youngest in NBA history and the team's inexperience has shown throughout their difficult start to the season. Only three players in the current roster were born before 1990, and the young team is looking as though they are struggling to cope with the high expectations after last year's impressive season.
During his lengthy career, Korver has played for both championship-chasing teams and strugglers, so his experience could be vital in guiding the team out of its current troubles. Korver also had a spell with the Jazz between 2007 and 2010, so he will be familiar with the inner workings of the team. Overall, the Jazz has acquired a player that will help the team both on and off the court, and all signs point to Korver's signing being an inspired one.
