Lakers are a LeBron James' show. The team overall lacks the ability to qualify as one of the strong contenders for the championship. The main reason for this is the horrible performance displayed by their guards.
Lonzo Ball has been in a zone where only his Dad can save him with his overpowering words. His performance has been unimpressive so far. Rondo is out due to injury and Brendon Ingram has been average to be fair. Kyle Kuzma's three-point shot has also not seen the net quite as much as it did the previous season.
Lakers can definitely let go of some of their guards (Lonzo and Hart/Kuzma) and get in an experienced guard like John Wall.
John Wall alongside Lebron James could prove to be an epic combination which could make them a real Championship contender.
