#1 Karl-Anthony Towns' explosive night
Stats: 34 points, 18 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals and 6 blocks on 50.0 % shooting
Karl-Anthony Towns had a bad start to the season and did not live up to the expectations. However, once Jimmy Butler was traded out of Minnesota, Towns started performing the way we saw him perform so far in his career.
Two nights after stuffing the stat sheet with a monster performance in the loss against the Atlanta Hawks, Towns was in his elements once again as he exploded for 34 points on 12-for-24 shooting.
Towns also snagged as many as 18 rebounds to go along with 7 assists. The 23-year-old was also very effective on the defensive end and accumulated 3 steals and 6 blocks. 21 of his 34 points came in the second half and he was the main reason why the T-Wolves got this win in Miami.
