The Minnesota Timberwolves are one of the top ten shooting teams in the league. However, playing against the best three-point shooting team in the league, the T-Wolves had a night to forget from the three-point line.

They shot a poor 6-for-21 (28.6%) from the three-point line while the Spurs shot19-for-33 (57.6%) from behind the arc. For the Wolves, Towns went 1-for-5 from long range and did not look comfortable. Wiggins also did not make an impact from the three-point line and went 0-for-3.

For the Spurs, Rudy Gay continued to shine from the three-point line and went 2-for-2. Off the bench, Belinelli and Bertans combined for 10-for-16 and the entire Spurs roster were hot from distance. The Spurs are the only team in the league shooting over 40 percent from the three-point line this season.
