Anthony Davis continues to shine. Each year, he has a stellar year with little to no recognition. Now, he is putting the league on notice.

Anthony Davis is the star power forward for the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans are 12th in the Western Conference with a record of 15-16. The Pelicans are towards the bottom of the West, but that does not hinder Davis's season.

He averages 28.0 points per game as well as 12.4 rebounds. He is third in points per game but he is also second in blocks per game. He averages 2.8 blocks per game.

In his last three games, Davis has scored a total of 112 points. Last Monday, Davis scored 41 points. Last Wednesday, he scored 41 points and grabbed 18 rebounds. On Sunday, he scored 27 points and grabbed 12 rebounds. Davis will keep up the momentum in the Pelicans' next game against the Milwaukee Bucks.

Davis improves almost every year. The 25-year old has a bright future ahead of him. He is also the subject of trade rumors. Teams such as the Lakers are rumored to be interested in Davis. While it is a possibility, nothing is certain. Until then, fans should enjoy Anthony Davis and how he's played so far.
