It is the playmaking genius in NBA 2K22 who has only one thing in mind: pass-first. If you want to build a typical Draymond Green or Jimmy Butler-type player, select small forward for the build instead of power forward in NBA 2K22 MyPlayer Builder's start menu.
A small forward position with this build will create a '2-Way Pass-First Wing' with shades of Chris Mullin and Butler.

To build this player in NBA 2K22, you need to max out all the attributes in Finishing, except Post Hook and Close Shot. Keep Close Shot at a little below maximum (around 79), and keep Post Hook at minimum. Under the Shooting category, max out everything except Free Throw, which you can keep at around 69.
Under Playmaking, max out everything. Finally, in Defense/Rebounding, max out everything except Offensive Rebound, Steal and Block, which can be kept at 57, 63 and 55, respectively. The defensive attributes will not be high to begin with. If you have anything remaining, invest in other categories as you like, but not in blocks.
