Joel Embiid - C
Joel Embiid is having a breakout season with the Philadelphia 76ers as the center is averaging 27.2 points and 13.5 rebounds for a double-double. Part of the Big 3 in Philadelphia, Embiid is known for his dominance in the paint and is a nightmare to guard.
Embiid earned his first All-Star selection in his second year in the NBA (last year) and he was the only player that represented the Philadelphia franchise. That will change this year as his teammate, Ben Simmons will play opposite him in the All-Star Game.
The Sixers are currently in the fourth spot in the East at 35-20 and have recently acquired guard Tobias Harris, along with Boban Marjanović and Mike Scott, in exchange for Wilson Chandler, Mike Muscala, Landry Shamet and a number of future draft picks.
