The Phoenix Suns were incredible in the NBA bubble, as they finished with an 8-0 record inside it. However, they still missed out on the playoffs. But Devin Booker and co look like a team that will make the postseason next year. The Suns will be looking to add the right players and will have ample cap space to target them in NBA free agency 2020.

Among the key moves the Suns would have to make to reach roughly $19 million in space are renouncing their rights on Aron Baynes and Dario Saric - two useful rotation players - to clear their cap holds.

#5 Miami Heat

Having already made the finals this year, the next step for the Miami Heat will be to add another star in NBA free agency 2020. They have two bonafide superstars in Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo, and according to multiple NBA trade rumors, an offer will prepared for Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo in 2021.

The Heat may see their cap space evaporate on one-year deals for key free agents Goran Dragic and Jae Crowder. Plus, there's Derrick Jones Jr., another free agent to consider. However, the Heat might consider not spending at all this offseason, as the 2021 free agency lineup is filled with superstars.
