#4 Blake Griffin - 2014

During the 2013/14 season, Blake Griffin was at the peak of his basketball powers and he was the standout performer in the 2014 All-Star Game. Despite playing alongside the likes of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Steph Curry, Griffin led the West in scoring with 38 points, as the LA Clippers star missed just four of his 23 attempts from the floor.

Griffin also grabbed 6 rebounds and two steals in his highlight-worthy 32 minutes on the court - although he missed out on the MVP award to Kyrie Irving as the East pulled off a fourth-quarter comeback to pick up a 163-155 win.

#3 Russell Westbrook - 2015

Russell Westbrook has a history of putting up big numbers in the All-Star Game, and throughout his eight All-Star appearances, Westbrook has been named MVP twice (2015 and 2016). The dynamic point guard was at his best during the 2015 edition of the showcase game as he dropped 41 points at Madison Square Garden.
Westbrook had to come off the bench due to the presence of Steph Curry and James Harden in the West backcourt, but the dynamic point guard was locked in throughout his 25 minutes on the court and finished with 41 points.
27 of his points came in the first half and he finished the game shooting 16-of-28 from the field. Westbrook finished one point shy of the All-Star Game record, although his performance was enough to secure a 163-158 win for the West.
