The Houston Rockets exited the playoffs 14 days ago, as the Golden State Warriors took Game 6 to advance to the Western Conference Finals. With homecourt advantage and Kevin Durant sidelined, Houston expected to take the series to a deciding game, although Steph Curry's second-half heroics secured a 118-113 win for Golden State.

Following the defeat, the Rockets put on a united front, although Shams Charania of The Athletic is reporting that Chris Paul and James Harden shared a few tense moments in the locker room:

(James) Harden and (Chris) Paul had tense moments with one another throughout Game 6, culminating in a verbal back-and-forth postgame that went into the locker room, sources with knowledge of the situation told The Athletic. Sources said the verbal exchange between Harden and Paul was regarding the ball distribution throughout Game 6.

Both Paul and Harden are locked into long-term deals with the Rockets, so both players should be back for the 19/20 season.
