Despite only turning 26 earlier this month, Anthony Davis has already established himself as one of the most dominant players in the NBA. The University of Kentucky product has already amassed six All-Star appearances while holding career averages of 23.7 points and 10.5 rebounds per game.

However, Davis has been less successful on the team front, and the new Los Angeles Lakers man told ESPN that he is desperate to win a title:

Obviously, at the end of my career, if I don't win a championship that would be, I would feel, one of my biggest failures. But right now, I still have a lot to do in this world on and off the court. So I don't feel like I've failed in anything. I think I just continue to do it over until I succeed at it.

After spending seven seasons with the New Orleans Pelicans, Davis will be hoping to challenge for a title in Los Angeles this season.
