Evan Mobley could have been named Eastern Conference Rookie of the Month, but he's still number two in this week's NBA ROTY power rankings. Mobley had a good week for the Cleveland Cavaliers, averaging 12.3 points, 8.8 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.

The only reason Mobley did not overtake Scottie Barnes for the top spot was because of his shooting struggles from the field. He only shot 36.2% last week and that included a dud performance against the Washington Wizards. Mobley also shot below 50% in three of their four games last week.

Scottie Barnes of the Toronto Raptors may have missed out on Rookie of the Month honors for November, but he's still number one in the NBA ROTY power rankings this week. Barnes was solid and steady last week, averaging 14.3 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game.

The fourth overall pick in this year's NBA Draft proved that he has all the tools to become a great player. Barnes continued to shoot well from the field, while also improving his three-point shot each week. He also showcased his defensive potential by averaging a ridiculous 1.7 steals and 2.0 blocks per game.
