Jalen Brunson continued his breakout NBA campaign last week, averaging 15.8 points, 2.8 rebounds and 5.5 assists. Brunson is still playing great despite Luka Doncic returning from an ankle injury. The Dallas Mavericks have now won four games on the trot, winning all of them last week.

Brunson is third in this week's NBA Sixth Man of the Year power rankings. When the season started, he was one of the best players in the league off the bench.

However, with Jason Kidd sticking with Brunson in the starting lineup, the latter could find himself out of the power rankings and in the race for the award.

Last Week: Games played - 3; Games won - 1; Games lost - 2

Last Week: FG% - 57.6%, 3P% - 54.2%

Overall: FG% - 46.0%, 3P% - 38.0%.

Kelly Oubre is shining in his new role as the sixth man for the Charlotte Hornets. He is averaging 18.0 points and 3.7 rebounds in three games last week, but the Hornets won only one of them. In their lone win last week, Oubre exploded for 32 points in 24 minutes off the bench against the Detroit Pistons.

If he continues to have solid production off the bench, he could give Herro a stiff competition for the NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award.

For now, Oubre has to settle for second place in this week's power rankings.

#1 Tyler Herro

Previous week’s NBA Sixth Man of the Year Power Ranking - #1

Last Week: Games played - 4; Games won - 2; Games lost - 2

Overall: Games played - 33; Games won - 20; Games lost - 13

Last Week: PPG - 18.0, APG - 4.5, RPG - 4.8

Last Week: FG% - 29.1%, 3P% - 26.2%

Overall: FG% - 42.2%, 3P% - 38.2%.

Tyler Herro is finally healthy, playing four games last week for the Miami Heat. He helped the Heat to a 2-2 record last week, averaging 18.0 points, 4.8 rebounds and 4.5 assists per outing.

Even though Herro shot the ball at a 29.1% clip from the field and 26.2% from threes, he's still number one in this week's NBA Sixth Man of the Year power rankings.

He has not let his struggles affect his production, but he has to get out of his slump if he does not want to slide down the Sixth Man rankings next week.
