#2 Raymond Felton (Oklahoma City Thunder)
Raymond Felton is one of the best back up point guards in the NBA, however, the veteran has failed to break into the Thunder's rotation this season.
Last season, the veteran guard appeared in 82 games, averaging 6.9 points, 2.5 assists, and 1.9 rebounds per game, although the summer arrival of Dennis Schroder has demoted Felton to third choice point guard.
While Felton managed to play good minutes during the start of the 18/19 season, the 34-year-old has barely featured since Russell Westbrook's return from injury, and the veteran has played in just two of the Thunder's last ten games.
The Thunder will be open to trading Felton, and the point guard will himself want the opportunity to play regular minutes again. OKC will likely be willing to accept a reliable shooter in return, and negotiations should be quick.
