Anthony Davis doesn't view the Celtics as a long-term home
With the New Orleans Pelicans seemingly unwilling to trade Anthony Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers ahead of the deadline, the Boston Celtics are likely to become major contenders for his signature in the summer.

Nevertheless, ESPN's Brian Windhorst is reporting that Davis is not keen on Boston due to his doubts over Kyrie Irving staying:
Davis' camp has let it be known he doesn't consider the Celtics a long-term home because he doesn't believe Irving plans to re-sign with the Celtics next season, sources said.
Irving will become a free agent in the summer, and the 26-year-old has been linked with a move to both the Lakers and New York Knicks. Meanwhile, Davis has requested a trade from the Pelicans, although he is under contract to the team until 2020.
