We are now approaching the final few months of the 18/19 NBA season, and teams are starting to get a good idea about where they currently stand.

Up until this point, both Conferences have remained competitive, with eleven teams in playoff contention in the Eastern Conference, while every team except the Phoenix Suns and Memphis Grizzlies still have a shot in the West.

The February trade deadline is also quickly approaching, as the NBA has made changes to the deadline so that it will now always occur 10 days before the All-Star game.

This has been done so that players who are traded have time to settle into their new teams, so this year's trade window will close on February 7th.

So with the trade deadline just two weeks away, here are the biggest trade rumors you need to know for January 30th.

#3 Pelicans put two more players on the trade block

Anthony Davis' trade request has dominated the New Orleans Pelicans news feed for the last 48 hours, although The Ringer is reporting that the team has also made Nikola Mirotic and E'Twaun Moore available for a trade ahead of the deadline:

Regardless of what happens with Davis, the Pelicans were going to be aggressive as the deadline approaches. League front-office sources have said in recent weeks that forward Nikola Mirotic and guard E’Twaun Moore are available in trades; New Orleans also offered both in November for Jimmy Butler

Moore and Mirotic have both been regular starters in New Orleans this season, although the Pelicans look unlikely to reach the playoffs, and the team is now seemingly looking towards the future.

Mirotic, 27, becomes a free agent in the summer, while 29-year-old Moore is owed $8.8 million for the 19/20 season.

#2 Kings are not interested in Marc Gasol

The Memphis Grizzlies are reportedly ready to part ways with Marc Gasol, who has been with the team for more than a decade. Earlier this week, Gasol was linked with a move to the playoff-chasing Kings, although NBC Sports is reporting that Gasol will not be heading to Sacramento:

The scuttlebutt early on Monday had the Sacramento Kings, along with the Detroit Pistons, were interested in the services of Memphis Grizzlies big man, Marc Gasol.
NBC Sports California has confirmed through league sources that the Gasol rumors are incorrect when it comes to Sacramento. The Kings do not have interest in the three-time All-Star center at this time.

Gasol turned 34 yesterday, and so far this season he has averaged 15.7 points, 8.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game. The Spanish center is a three-time All-Star and has one-year remaining on the $110 million contract that he signed back in 2015.

#1 Pelicans in no rush to trade Anthony Davis

Since Anthony Davis requested a trade on Monday morning, the Los Angeles Lakers have been heavily linked with making an offer for the Pelicans star. Nevertheless, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting while the Pelicans will consider all offers that they receive for Davis, the organization is in no rush to complete a trade:

The New Orleans Pelicans plan to listen to offers on All-NBA center Anthony Davis but won't make a deal before next Thursday's NBA trade deadline unless they're offered an overwhelming package for the franchise's star, league sources told ESPN.

Davis is contracted to the Pelicans until 2020, although the 25-year-old has made it clear that he won't extend his contract. So far this season, Davis has averaged 29.3 points, 13.3 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game, although he has missed the Pelicans last five games through injury.
