Jaylen Brown was featured in TIME magazine's 2024 "100 Next"

TIME's editor-in-chief, Sam Jacobs, said in his article that it didn't take long for him to decide about Brown's inclusion in the list.

"Now in its fifth year, the TIME100 Next list was created to recognize that many of today’s most influential leaders are, like the 27-year-old Brown, individuals who are not waiting long in life to make an impact," Jacobs said. "Nor are they eager to respect the status quo by following the traditional power structures and pathways that have determined what influence looked like in the past."

Other notable figures who will grace the cover of "TIME100 Next" are pop star Sabrina Carpenter and CEO of Springboard to Opportunities, Aisha Nyandoro.
