The Boston Celtics are in deep trouble, as they trail the Miami Heat 3-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals following a 128-102 loss in Game 3 on Sunday. The Celtics are now on the verge of getting eliminated on Tuesday night. If that happens, the Heat will pull off one of the biggest upsets in NBA history, as they had come into the playoffs as the eighth seeds.Meanwhile, much like their Eastern Conference foes, the LA Lakers are also down 3-0 against the Denver Nuggets.
