Fans were surprised to see the Golden State Warriors notch up their second consecutive road win.

The Warriors beat the Dallas Mavericks 127-125 on Wednesday (Mar. 22) night in a nail-biter. Steph Curry took care of business with a double-double outing, and an assist from Jonathan Kuminga, who was Golden State's top scorer on the night.

The Golden State Warriors have struggled to win on the road all season. Before their two-game win streak on the road, the last time the Warriors won away from home was on Jan. 30. Fans are now rejoicing on social media, as they're finally seeing the defending champions playing at their best once again.

Steph Curry notched up another double-double on Wednesday night against the Dallas Mavericks.

He added 20 points and 13 assists to help the Golden State Warriors win their second consecutive road game in a close contest. Jonathan Kuminga was brilliant too, as he was the team's leading scorer, putting up 22 points, three rebounds and two steals.

Before this game, coach Steve Kerr had talked about the pressure the Warriors were feeling. Most of the teams in the West are only a few games apart, which means anyone can make the playoffs or get knocked out of postseason reckoning. However, with a two-game win streak, the Warriors now have a chance to escape the sticky situation.
