Free agent big man Tristan Thompson celebrated his 32nd birthday on Monday. Thompson last played for the Chicago Bulls, making 23 appearances for them last season.

Khloe Kardashian, who has dated Thompson on and off and is the mother of two of his children, wished him a happy birthday. Kardashian shared a photo on Instagram showing Thompson with their two children — daughter True and a 7-month-old baby boy whose name has not been made public. Thompson's oldest child, Prince Oliver, was also in the photo.

"You are truly the best father, brother & uncle," Kardashian wrote. "Your love, attention, silly dances, hugs, carpool rides, bed time rituals, the way u show up for them. All of the above means more than you’ll ever know to your family of littles.
"My birthday wish for u is that u continue to crave change, healing, and transformation. Be strong, be kind, be patient, be free. Continue to Make your soul and your mommy proud. Happy birthday baby daddy."

Khloe Kardashian turned off the comments section on her post in anticipation of the harsh messages people tend to write. Some fans on Twitter were unhappy that Kardashian called Tristan Thompson a good father considering his recent paternity suit with fitness model Maralee Nichols.

Fans also blasted Kardashian for taking the time to write good things about Thompson, who reportedly cheated on her multiple times during their relationship. The one-time NBA champ even admitted to cheating on Kardashian when she was pregnant with their daughter True.

Tristan Thompson played for three teams last season. He was traded by the Boston Celtics to the Sacramento Kings at the start of the season. The Kings dealt him to the Indiana Pacers before the trade deadline.

After four games with the Pacers, Thompson agreed to a buyout and became a free agent. He signed with the Chicago Bulls and played 28 games for them, including five in the playoffs.

However, Thompson has remained a free agent since the summer and has not played a minute in the NBA this season. He managed to make headlines last month when he claimed that he texted Kyrie Irving about the possibility of a reunion with LeBron James in Hollywood.

Irving requested a trade out of the Brooklyn Nets, but was sent to the Dallas Mavericks. James is currently injured, Kevin Love signed with the Miami Heat and Thompson remains without a team.
