Kyle Kuzma of the Washington Wizards recently posted a tweet talking about the California breeze and had fans speculating about his return to the LA Lakers. Even his fellow NBA players chimed in and had a bit of fun with the forward.
Kuzma and the Wizards are in California as they get ready to play the LA Clippers and the Lakers on back-to-back nights, starting Saturday night. As soon as he landed, he let people know that he missed the Cali breeze on Twitter. Aftwerwards, both Donovan Mitchell and Trae Young hilariously accused him of tampering.
Mitchell, the Cleveland Cavaliers' All-Star guard, was quick to point out that what Kuz did was tampering. Young, the Atlanta Hawks' star joined, in on the fun of making fun of the one-time champion.

Despite playing for Washington, Kuz still enjoys being linked to Los Angeles. According to him, he still has a house in the city of the franchise that drafted him. There are also reports of him wanting out of Washington and wanting to join a contender or a big-market team. The former Laker is a valuable trade piece right now.

What can Kyle Kuzma bring to a team?
Kyle Kuzma has been playing great lately for the Wizards (11-18). As the team struggles to win (with eight straight losses and 11 in the past 12 games), Kuzma has been an effective scorer and rebounder. He's played 28 games as the starting power forward and is an effective floor spacer, which is highly valued in today's league.
Kuz is averaging 21.4 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game while making 46.2% of his field goals, including 34.3% of his 3-pointers. Defensively, he hasn't made a huge impact for Washington, but his size has given him an advantage over smaller wing players.
As a trading asset, teams can get a decent scoring output from Kuz. The defense can't leave the 2017-18 All-Rookie member alone from the perimeter, as he's very capable of knocking down shots from downtown.
