In 2019, Draymond Green wrote on Instagram on Father’s Day that being a dad is his life’s “biggest blessing.” The Golden State Warriors forward called it a “full-time” job without financial compensation. But he added that he gets “unconditional love, joy and happiness” in return.

Five years later, his then-girlfriend now wife, Hazel Renee, celebrated Father’s Day by giving the NBA star his flowers on IG. The actress, who considers Green his best friend, captioned her post:

“There Isn’t A Day You Don’t Put Our Family First And For That We Are Truly Grateful! Beyond Blessed! Happy Father’s Day Mi Amor @money23green From Our Precious Little Humans, Ginger and MamaBsnsn: You and Hunni) #Partyof6”

When Green posted his Father’s Day message in 2019, he already had a kid with his former girlfriend, Jelissa Hardy. Their son, Draymond Jamal Green Jr., or “DJ,” is quite popular among Warriors players.

Green, already in a relationship with Renee, also helped raise Renee’s kid, Olivia Jay, from a previous relationship. The Dubs’ franchise leader and the TV personality welcomed two more daughters to the family over the years, hence the “Party of 6” hashtag.

Draymond Green called his wife Hazel Renee ‘The Best Ever’ during Mother’s Day last month

Roughly a month ago, Draymond Green’s wife celebrated Mother’s Day with a unique post on Instagram. Renee shared some behind-the-scenes pictures of being a mother.

The reality TV star captioned the post with:

“Not Goin Lie…I Typically Go For Cute & Curated But See The Way These Past Few Months Been, Everyday Isn’t Pretty But Only In My Wildest Dreams Could I Have Manifested These Little Humans That Call Me Mami.”

Green had a three-word response that was unquestionably appreciated:

“The Best Ever!!”

The Golden State Warriors have some serious questions to answer in the offseason. Green, though, isn’t going anywhere unless he is traded.

Regardless of where he plays, the Defensive Player of the Year winner can always count on his support group to be there for him. As great as “Dray” has been on the court, what he has built off it is unquestionably his greatest achievement.
