Dwyane Wade's daughter, Zaya, has become popular among her siblings due to being part of the LGBT community. As the four-time NBA champion shows to the world that he's a progressive father supporting her daughter's preferences, Zaya, has just turned 16 and has thrown quite a party for her friends.
In the photos posted on her Instagram page, Zaya boasts her outfit along with some snaps of the colorful dance floor with a DJ. She also gave some Glossier bags to her guests,treated them with a variety of drinks, neon shades and a 'Translatable' black cap.
"The birthday party vibes were 10/10," captions Zaya.

Even at the young age of 16, Zaya Wade has been making her family proud.
As a transgender woman, she initiated the 'Translatable' community that helps the LGBTQ+ have a space online where they have a safe space to be themselves, sharing life experiences through content creation from poetry, photography and other digital mediums..
To the surprise of her father, Dwyane Wade was given a non-basketball-related recognition. The Elevate Prize Catalyst award was given to the 13-time NBA All-Star on May 23 for being a supportive father to Zaya.
“She didn't ask for this extra excitement in life. She just wanted to be a kid and do kid things and live her life and be selfish and worry about herself. That's what you're supposed to do at her age, worry about you. But she's thinking about a larger community, and so I'm damn proud of her as a father.” Dwyane tells through a People.com Exclusive.
Zaya came out to the public as a transgender in 2020 at the early age of 12, and this decision was supported by the 10-time NBA champion.
Since then, she has used her fame to be a role model to other transgenders and the LGBTQ+ community to gain confidence and educate families on accepting the decision their children.
The award was presented by the Make Good Famous Summit and along with the citation comes a $250,000 grant that adds funds to the 'Translatable' movement. Zaya will be 17 on May 29, and the movement was initiated when she turned 14.
