Juan Tuscano Anderson shares Draymond Green trash taking him on 1st day: "I’ma talk s*t & I’m not afraid to get my a* whooped”

Draymond Green is not afraid to trash talk, even to his own teammates. Juan Tuscano-Anderson who played his first three seasons in the league with the Golden State Warriors, shared his experiences with Green when he was on the “Outta Pocket” podcast:

While playing in Golden State, Tuscano-Anderson and Draymond Green developed a relationship. According to Tuscano- Anderson their relationship built itself out with him going back and forth with Green. The Warriors culture is largely dictated by Draymond Green who is the heart and soul of the team.

Juan Toscano-Anderson is now in his first season with the Los Angeles Lakers. He was a part of last year’s Warriors championship team along with Green, who has been part of all four of the Warriors Championships during this team’s legendary run.

The team will need Draymond Green to find ways to connect with young players like James Wiseman and Jonathan Kuminga and help get the team back on track. He will also have to improve his own play which has not been good as of late. In the Warriors most recent loss to the Nets, he only scored 2 points while being on the floor for 23 minutes.

Draymond Green on Warriors Struggles

The Golden State Warriors are 15-18 and are already behind in the race to the playoffs and have only won two of their last nine games. Now they are playing without superstar point guard Steph Curry who is out with a shoulder injury.

Green has an idea of what’s wrong with the team. He said:

"Right now, I think we are very fragile...You start going through these things and then you start believing them. Once you start believing them, it becomes who you are."

The team has struggled all season on the road and has had inconsistent play from everyone not named Steph Curry. Klay Thompson appears to still not be 100%, and Green has not provided much at all on the offensive end for the team. James Wiseman, the teams former number one overall pick has had to go down to the G-League to get better.

The Warriors have a chance to start the turn around on Christmas day with a home game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The team plays a lot better at home this season and the Memphis game will be the first of a long home stand.

If Draymond Green and the rest of the team can step up while Curry is out, it may get the team back on track.
