"LeBron is dragging his stuff across his face": Jalen Brunson hilariously recounts Lakers star's poster on Josh Hart

LeBron James and the LA Lakers are looking to spoil the Denver Nuggets
LeBron James and the LA Lakers are looking to spoil the Denver Nuggets' NBA title defense in the playoffs this season.

The New York Knicks have been on a roll this season. The Knicks, seeded at number two in the Eastern Conference, will face seventh-seeded Philadelphia 76ers in the playoffs. Teammates Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart recently had an interesting conversation about LeBron James of the LA Lakers.

In the recent episode of the Roommates Show podcast hosted by teammates Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart, Brunson touched on the popular LeBron James poster for Paul George this season. It reminded him of Josh Hart getting the same treatment when he played for the New Orleans Pelicans a few years ago.

"Dang it. It kind of reminds me of when [LeBron] dunked on you," said Brunson.

Josh Hart answered in denial, seemingly trying to pushback on Jalen Brunson's revelation:

"He [LeBron James] didn't dunk on me!"

Brunson then continued the story:

"And like there's a pic. No, I'm not trying to be funny. There's a picture. There's a picture of Josh [Hart] and it looks like LeBron is dragging his ... I don't know what ... stuff across his face. Look at it real quick, yeah."

Jalen Brunson showed a photo of the said LeBron poster and zoomed it in for a closer look, pointing out it was indeed Josh Hart on it.

"Oh, there it is, can you zoom in," Brunson requested. "I can't really -- yeah, you see that. Looks crazy, right? Violated him. Oh my."

LeBron James and the LA Lakers look to spoil Denver Nuggets title defense this season

The LA Lakers had a challenging time getting a spot in the playoffs. LeBron James and company had to go through the New Orleans Pelicans via the play-in tournament.

Last season, the Lakers were the fan-favorites to reach the NBA Finals but got swept by defending champions Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals.

This year, LeBron James will once again aim for nothing less than the championship. To make it happen, his supporting cast will have to go above and beyond. Going up against the conference's second-best squad will require a lot of effort to get to the second round of the playoffs.

The Lakers are set to face defending NBA champions the Denver Nuggets in a best-of-seven first-round series of the playoffs tonight at 8:30 pm ET.
