LA Lakers star forward LeBron James is known to be a big fan of multiple different sports. James owns stakes in both soccer and pickleball teams. He has been an outspoken fan of football over the years as well. So naturally, James made sure to be in attendance for the Kansas City Chiefs’ 38-35 Super Bowl LVII victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.

After the game, James took the opportunity to congratulate Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce on Twitter.

“My brother @tkelce CONGRATS!!!!!!,” James tweeted.

The win marked Kelce and the Chiefs’ second title in four years. Meanwhile, Kelce came up big once again as he finished with one touchdown, six receptions and 81 yards to lead the Chiefs in receiving.

LeBron James appeared to be having a good time at Super Bowl LVII, including during Rihanna's halftime show. However, when shown on the jumbotron, James experienced some boos during the game, which took place at State Farm Stadium in Arizona.

James then responded by holding up the No. 1 sign and putting on an imaginary crown, reminding fans that he is still the king.

James recently surpassed LA Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. He achieved this feat on Tuesday night against the OKC Thunder.

James now sits at a whopping 38,390 career points and counting. He also received a ton of love from Lakers fans for reaching the historic milestone.

“Just want to say thank you to the Laker faithful, you guys are one of a kind,” James said in his speech to Lakers fans on Tuesday.
“To be in the presence of a legend and one of the greatest such as Kareem is humbling. Give a standing ovation to the captain, please. Everybody that’s ever been a part of this run for the last 20 years, I just want to say thank you. … F**k man … thank you, guys!” James continued.

James has yet to appear in a game since, missing the Lakers’ last two games with left ankle soreness. However, when he does return, James will continue to extend his record-breaking scoring total even further. So at this point, it appears James feels rather untouchable regarding fan criticism like what he experienced on Sunday at the Super Bowl.
