Denver Nuggets guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope recently shared his thoughts on the Lakers and his former teammate LeBron James. While speaking with ESPN, he described the team as "hard to watch."

"Just watching the games, it just looks like there's no basketball over there," Caldwell-Pope said. "It's just playing pickup. It's hard to watch sometimes."

"So from me to him [LeBron James, just get the team together. I just want to see that spark in him again. I don't think I see that spark in Bron. So, hopefully, he can get it back."

LeBron James and the LA Lakers are trending in the wrong direction. It's only going to get more challenging with their upcoming schedule.

James has put up impressive numbers this season. He's averaging 24.3 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 7.1 assists over nine games. However, he's struggling with his efficiency. James is shooting just 44.7% from the field and 21.0% from 3-point range. He hasn't shot under 30% from beyond the arc since his rookie season.

The Lakers are 28th in the league in field-goal percentage. The team has also been without veterans Dennis Schroder and Thomas Bryant due to injuries. Both players were expected to be a big part of the team's rotation.

Aside from James and star forward Anthony Davis, only Lonnie Walker and Russell Westbrook have averaged north of 10.0 points per game.
