LeBron James and the LA Lakers were on the verge of their fourth straight win on Tuesday against the Utah Jazz. The Lakers were up by ten points with less than two minutes left.

However, the Jazz rallied and forced overtime after going on a 10-0 run to end regulation. Former Lakers center Damian Jones made two free throws with 11 seconds left to tie the game at 124-all.

James had the chance to win the game but missed a driving layup at the buzzer. Fans on social media quickly roasted "The King" and the Lakers for losing their double-digit lead in under two minutes.

One fan said:

"LeChoke."

It was an important game for the Lakers, as they could jump ahead of the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference. The Lakers are now seventh with a record of 41-38.

The seeding is going to be an important factor heading into the postseason. The Lakers could face the Phoenix Suns if they finish the season fifth in the West. A showdown between LeBron James and Kevin Durant in the first round of the playoffs would be a dream come true.

However, that cannot happen if the Lakers choke big leads away. Here are some of the best memes and comments on Twitter:

LeBron James might have missed the game-winning layup in regulation against the Utah Jazz but made up for it in overtime. James scored nine of the LA Lakers' 11 points in the extra session to get the 135-133 win.

"The King" finished with 37 points, five rebounds and six assists. Austin Reaves had another big outing, contributing 28 points, three rebounds and six assists. Anthony Davis had 21 points, 14 rebounds and six assists, while Rui Hachimura added 17 points off the bench.

Kelly Olynyk started overtime by giving the Jazz a three-point lead, but James got it back with a three-point shot at the other end. The two teams went back-and-forth throughout overtime.

The game was tied at 133 with less than a minute left. The Lakers had possession, and James hit a layup with 27 seconds remaining. The Jazz had a shot to force a second overtime, but Talen Horton-Tucker missed the jump shot.

The Lakers are now fifth in the Western Conference, but that could change depending on whether the Golden State Warriors win against the OKC Thunder.
