After a back-and-forth first half, Milwaukee dominated OKC in the second half, outscoring it 46-31. The Bucks finished with a 51-15 scoring advantage from 3-point range, holding the Thunder to just 5-for-32 shooting from downtown (15.6%).
Superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo's monster triple-double spearheaded Milwaukee. He recorded game-highs of 26 points, 19 rebounds, 10 assists and three blocks, shooting 10-for-19 (52.6%). Meanwhile, his co-star Damian Lillard added 23 points and five triples on 6-for-12 shooting (50.0%).

The Bucks' victory marked their 13th in their last 16 outings. Following their NBA Cup-clinching win, fans on X/Twitter noted that the franchise appears primed for postseason glory.

Meanwhile, others asserted that Antetokounmpo should win his third regular-season MVP amid arguably his career-best campaign.

Giannis Antetokounmpo wins NBA Cup MVP after Milwaukee's commanding victory over OKC
Following his well-rounded NBA Cup final performance against OKC, Giannis Antetokounmpo took home MVP of the tournament.
Across six NBA Cup appearances, Antetokounmpo averaged 30.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, 7.7 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.8 blocks per game, shooting 66.7%. Meanwhile, Milwaukee went undefeated (7-0), including one game with the two-time MVP sidelined due to left knee swelling.
The Bucks (14-11) resume regular-season action on Friday with a road showdown against the league-best Cleveland Cavaliers (23-4), giving them another chance to prove themselves.
