NBA analyst highlights major concerns with Kyrie Irving's irresponsible stances on multiple subjects: "This is where we have to see it from the lens of flat earth stuff"

Kyrie Irving is surrounded by drama once again after his most recent actions on social media. Irving shared an anti-Semitic film on his Twitter feed and stirred up a lot of heat in the process. NBA analyst Pablo Torre pointed out on the "(debatable)" podcast that the film "Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America" is deranged.

The only way to understand the film is if people have the same perspective as Kyrie Irving. Torre mentioned that he's had conversations with other analysts who've discussed Irving's point of view on life with the man himself. He says that it's difficult to put up with someone who questions everything about the earth, physics, and space.

"One of the several tragedies here is that antisemitism has been conflated with pro-black," Torre said. "It's ahistorical. Can you specifically deny that you have anti-Semitic beliefs? Can you specifically deny this movie is again just deranged. This is where we have to see it from the lens of flat earth stuff."

Despite Kyrie Irving's efforts to apologize to the public on social media and explain himself, it was a little too late. His actions have caused a chain reaction of misfortune for himself.

According to CBS Sports, the Brooklyn Nets have suspended 'Uncle Drew' indefinitely. Sources say that he's expected to be gone for a minimum of five games.

This will now all depend on whether or not Kyrie Irving will comply with what is being asked of him. Sports Illustrated reported that the Nets are requiring Irving to go through a series of steps before he can become eligible to play for the team again.

According to Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports, Irving must make a verbal apology to the media for releasing the tape and having a clear grasp of why it was inaccurate and damaging.

Additionally, he will be obliged to express his regret on his social media pages, adhere to and complete sensitivity training at the team's instruction, and meet with Brooklyn's Jewish community leaders. If Irving completes his conditions to the satisfaction of the Nets, he will meet with Nets owner Joe Tsai and explain why his most recent behavior won't occur again this season.

Kyrie Irving will also have to meet with the Anti-Defamation League and pay $500,000 to anti-hate organizations, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic. Irving apparently needs to complete antisemitic training in addition to the sensitivity training developed by the organization.

On top of his suspension, TMZ reported that Nike will suspend Irving's signature shoes until further notice. Suspending his shoes means that the shoe company will stop producing any of his shoes and will also discontinue selling existing pairs. While fans of his shoes are upset, all these drastic measures are deemed appropriate in order for the Nets guard to sincerely clean up his act.
