NBA games today on TV (12th March 2023): Which games will be televised today?

LA Lakers will host the New York Knicks on Sunday night

Six NBA games will be played on Sunday, but only one of them will be on national TV. This is arguably the most interesting game as the LA Lakers will host the New York Knicks at Crypto.com Arena.

The Knicks are currently on a 3-game losing streak. They played against the LA Clippers on Saturday night, which is why their Sunday matchup against the Lakers will be very tough.

Immanuel Quickley, the team's starting guard, played 42 minutes against the Clippers, while Julius Randle spent 35 minutes on the floor. The Knicks are currently 39-30 and are tied with the Brooklyn Nets for the fifth spot in the East.

The LA Lakers, on the other hand, are on a 3-game winning streak. Despite missing LeBron James, the Lakers have done a marvelous job and are currently ninth in the West with a 33-34 record.

The game will begin at 9 PM Eastern Time and will be broadcast on ESPN and Spectrum SportsNet. Additionally, NBA fans will be able to listen to the game by tuning in to ESPN Radio.

Other NBA games that will be played on March 12

While the game between the Lakers and the Knicks will be a marquee matchup, basketball fans will have a chance to watch five other NBA games. Two of these games are especially important for the playoff picture in the West.

The Trail Blazers and the Pelicans are both fighting for a playoff spot and are 0.5 and 1.5 games behind the 10th spot respectively. The Thunder are also 0.5 games behind the final play-in spot and will have to beat the Spurs on Sunday.
